Changes or cancellations to large orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the requested delivery time. Changes to your order may delay your delivery time.

Terms and Conditions

All orders are final unless cancelled or changed according to the Return and Refund Policy listed on this site. The Slice makes our greatest effort to deliver as close to the promised delivery time as possible. We are not responsible for delivery delays when circumstances do not allow us to deliver at the exact time requested or quoted. Upon delivery of your order you will be contacted using the phone number you provide at time of your order. If you do not respond or are otherwise unavailable to receive your order we will be unable to refund you for the unsuccessfully delivered order.
